On our way to the candidacy to become European Capital of Culture, we embrace The art of Conversation as a goal and a tool. We are building a file in which as many citizens of Bruges as possible get involved in the conversation. The projects we launch will not only fuel dialogue, but will themselves emerge from conversations.
